How can I stay updated on my pet's well-being?
We will provide you with daily updates and pictures via WhatsApp. We will also occasionally post stories on Instagram by tagging the owner.
What's Provided for Overnight Stays?
We offer a cozy bed and provide water and feeding bowls for your pet. You are encouraged to bring your pet's favorite belongings to make them feel more comfortable. It is recommended to bring common items such as dog towels, toys, beds, and other daily necessities that they are familiar with. Familiar scents can help soothe their mood and help them adapt to the new environment.
My pet has specific dietary requirements. Can these be catered to?
We provide pet feeding services twice a day using the food you provide. For an additional fee, we can also prepare fresh food and/or provide an extra feeding time. It's important to understand your dog's preferences to ensure their safety and well-being. Please provide your dog's food, health products, and anti-parasitic drugs with clear instructions on when and how much to take.
How to bring my Pets to Ma Wan?

By Ferry: Traveling to Ma Wan with your furry friend is both affordable and convenient via ferry. Ferries depart from Tsuen Wan Pier or Central Pier 2 and take 15 or 25 minutes respectively. Your pet can sit in a trolley or on a leash during the ride. Pick up service from Tsuen Wan or Central piers can be arranged for a fee of 150HKD or 200HKD respectively.

By Taxi: If you have a lot of belongings, Taxi is also available 24/7.

By Gogovan: They can enter Ma Wan between 10am and 4pm.

My pet has specific dietary requirements. Can these be catered to?
Our services include feeding your pets twice a day with the food you provide. Additionally, we offer meal preparation or an extra feeding time for an extra fee.
What/When/How should I settle the Fee?

What: The cost for each dog per day is 300 HKD, which includes a morning and evening walk and feeding. Check-in is available from 10 a.m. and check-out is required before 10 p.m. Bathing would be provided for on additional fee and his mandatory if your paw friend stays more than 5 days with us. Please bring your own dog shampoo. If your dog is not comfortable with taking bath, please let us know in advance.

When: You can change/cancel the boarding for free up to 15 days before the boarding date. A 50% deposit is required at least 15 days before boarding, and the remaining balance must be paid on the day of check-in.

How: We accept payment through Payme, FPS, or automatic transfer.
What information I should provide BebeLovePaws?
To ensure your dog is properly cared for during their stay, kindly provide the following information:

Any daily routines such as wiping their body, tear stains, or combing their hair.

Any health issues or food sensitivities should be disclosed beforehand.

If your dog prefers to be alone and doesn't get along with others, please let us know.

Lastly, inform us of any dislikes or fears your dog may have.

In case of Emergency, what will happen?

The owner will receive an immediate call through WhatsApp.

If the owner is no reachable, the emergency contact person in Hong Kong will be called.

If both are unreachable, the dog will be taken to the veterinary clinic provided by the owner. It is important to provide the phone number and address of your dog clinic before boarding.

If not available, the nearest veterinary clinic will be contacted. The owner will be responsible to settle for all transportation and medical expenses.
Can you tell me about your history and experience?
As a teenager, I adopted a homeless Shi Tzu and have been a dog lover ever since. Over the past 20 years, I have cared for my three lovely pugs and gained experience from teaching puppies to caring for elderly dogs. It can be difficult to find reliable care for older dogs, which is why I started Bebelovepaws. My goal is to provide a peaceful and safe environment for dogs to stay and feel at home on Ma Wan.
